Who you're calling

Francisco answers the phone.

Francisco Zuno owns Tremors and works the jobs. He came up through the trade here on the Peninsula — more than twenty years in the field, including a run as supervisor at RDS Plumbing before starting Tremors.

Several of the big plumbing names around here have been bought by out-of-state holding companies in the last few years. The truck still says the old name; the person deciding what your repair costs is in another state. That's not us. Our customers name Francisco in their reviews because he's the one who did the work, and he'll be the one who does it next time.

It's also why we're Diamond Certified — a rating you can't buy, awarded on the strength of randomly surveyed customers.

San Mateo County ordinances

Selling a home? Your sewer lateral may need to pass first.

San Mateo, Burlingame, Millbrae, Hillsborough, San Bruno and South San Francisco all have sewer lateral requirements — and every one of them is different. Some trigger at sale, some at a remodel permit, one requires a city employee to watch the test.

We run these inspections every week: camera, video, city form filed, report to you and your agent — usually the same week you call.

Realtors & escrow

We work on closing timelines, submit the city paperwork correctly the first time, and give sellers honest repair quotes you can hand a buyer without a fight.

Knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly professional. He tells me where my trouble spots are and how to take care of them.

Another plumber said he couldn't do it and pushed an expensive alternative. We called Tremors in the morning and it was finished by 2:30.

★★★★★

We've used Tremors for years across two homes — toilets, sump pump, water heater, routine snaking. Highest quality and the best value.
