Francisco has more than twenty years in the plumbing trade on the Peninsula. Before starting Tremors he was a supervisor at RDS Plumbing, and a good number of those customers followed him here.

Tremors Plumbing And Sewer Inc. works out of a shop on South Amphlett Boulevard in San Mateo. We clear drains with power snakes and high-pressure water jetting, find problems with sewer line cameras, repair and replace sewer laterals, and handle the rest of the house — water heaters, leaking pipes, toilets, faucets, sump pumps.

Most of what we do is sewer and drain work, and that specialization is deliberate. It's the work where the diagnosis matters most, where a wrong call costs a homeowner tens of thousands of dollars, and where being able to see inside the pipe is the difference between a repair and a guess.

What we mean by owner-operated

Several of the largest plumbing names on the Peninsula have been bought by out-of-state holding companies over the last few years. The truck still carries the old name. The pricing and the sales targets come from somewhere else.
