Drain cleaning & hydro jetting
One slow fixture is usually a local clog. Two or more backing up at once means the main line, and snaking the sink won't touch it. We figure out which one you have before we start charging you for the wrong fix.

Sewer line repair & replacement
Most Peninsula homes were built with clay or cast iron sewer laterals. Over sixty or eighty years those pipes crack, joints separate, and roots find the gaps. When a line is past cleaning, it needs repair — and the repair options are not all the same price.

- Pipe lining — a new pipe formed inside the old one, where the host pipe allows it
