01 · Drains

Drain cleaning & hydro jetting

One slow fixture is usually a local clog. Two or more backing up at once means the main line, and snaking the sink won't touch it. We figure out which one you have before we start charging you for the wrong fix.

  • Cabling and snaking — kitchen, bath, laundry and main lines
  • High-pressure hydro jetting — cuts grease and roots out of the pipe wall instead of just punching a hole through the blockage
  • Clean-out installation — so the next service call doesn't mean pulling a toilet
  • Root cutting — the standard Peninsula problem in clay-pipe neighborhoods
Worth knowing

A cabled line can re-clog in months. A jetted line often stays clear for years, because jetting scours the pipe back to its actual diameter. If your drain is a repeat offender, ask us about jetting instead of another snake.

02 · Sewer

Sewer line repair & replacement

Most Peninsula homes were built with clay or cast iron sewer laterals. Over sixty or eighty years those pipes crack, joints separate, and roots find the gaps. When a line is past cleaning, it needs repair — and the repair options are not all the same price.

  • Spot repair — when the damage is limited to one section
  • Trenchless pipe bursting — replaces the line without trenching the whole yard or driveway
  • Pipe lining — a new pipe formed inside the old one, where the host pipe allows it
  • Full open-trench replacement — when the run or the soil requires it
  • City main connection work and encroachment permit coordination

We'll show you the camera footage and tell you which of these you actually need. Sometimes the answer is the cheapest one on the list.

03 · Diagnosis

Sewer camera inspection

A camera turns a guess into a fact. We run it down the line, locate the trouble spot and mark its depth and position from the surface, and you watch the screen with us.

  • Recorded video sent to you — and to your agent or escrow officer if you need it
  • Locating and depth marking, so a repair doesn't turn into an excavation hunt
  • Buying a home? A pre-purchase inspection is the cheapest insurance on the Peninsula
  • City compliance inspections — see sewer lateral requirements
